A Sample Day at Cannons Lacrosse Academy*:
9-10am: Warm up
10-11:30am: Stations
11:30-12:15am: Offensive and defensive situations
12:15-1pm: Lunch
1-1:30pm: Warm up
1:30-1:45pm: Lecture
1:45-2:05pm: Team practice
2:15-3pm: Games

Sessions:
Each day at Cannons Academy will begin with stick warm up and stations to work on skill development for all campers. Stations will include shooting, dodging, footwork, stickwork, ground balls, etc. Cannons Academy will also focus on the importance of teamwork, and will feature sessions covering basic offensive and defensive situations, motion offense, defensive slides and footwork, man-up and man-down situations, and playing with purpose. Each day will conclude with team games, where players will be able to practice their newly developed skills in a fun and competitive environment against other teams in their age group.

Prizes:
Prizes will be given daily to “Campers of the Day” and will be awarded at the end of the week to “Cascade Campers of the Week” in each of the two age groups. Prizes include Cannons Cascade Pro-7 helmets, Warrior and Brine heads, t-shirts, hats and more.
 

Registration:
Registration will begin at 8:30am on Monday

Pick Up/ Drop Off:
Tuesday & Wednesday campers should be dropped off each morning at 8:45am and picked up
at the conclusion of camp at 3:00pm.

What will happen in case of rain?
Camp will continue through light rain. In the case of heavy rain or thunder and lightning
campers will be moved inside until storms pass.

What if my child gets injured during camp?
For minor injuries, campers will be treated on site by medical staff present and parents will be notified of the course of action. If camper needs more serious attention, parents will be contacted immediately and further steps will be taken, including transportation to the hospital if necessary. Parents will also be notified immediately in case of any other emergencies.
