On Friday's episode of Mike and Mike in the Morning on ESPN Radio, New England Patriots Head Coach Bill Belichick expressed his support for the fastest growing sport in the country by telling listeners he would coach lacrosse if he didn't coach football.
"It was great to see the Cannons win the Championship up here. Paul Rabil is a good friend of mine, he’s been a great ambassador for lacrosse,” Belichick told listeners at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro, Mass. as part of Mike and Mike's fall football tour.
Belichick, who played lacrosse at Wesleyan, also discussed his love for the game. Listen below:
