Scott McWilliams, Defenseman (Round 1, #8) - University of Virginia
#8 UVA earned an automatic bid to the NCAA tournament where they will face Johns Hopkins in the first round. The game will be played on Sunday, May 11th at 1 p.m. (Game will be broadcasted on ESPN2). The tournament is a one and done style tournament, with the winner moving on to the next round and the loser’s season ending. Click here for the full game recap.

Austin Kaut, Goalie, (Round 3, #19) - Penn State University
Austin Kaut was named to the All-Colonial Athletic Association First team for a record breaking 4th time. Was named Defensive Player of the Year for a second straight season, joining only Hofstra’s Brett Moyer who earned the same honors in 2005-2006. Award recap.
Kaut in his final season lead the CAA in goals against average with 6.48, save percentage, .638% and saves per game with12.00.

Jack Reilly, Defenseman (Round 5, #33) - Johns Hopkins

Jack recorded 1 ground ball in the game, bringing his season total up to 20. He did not cause a turnover or have a turnover, leaving his season total at 6 caused and 3 lost.
Johns Hopkins received an at large bid into the NCAA tournament and drew the #8 seeded Cavaliers of Virginia. The game will play on ESPN 2 on Sunday, May 11th at 1 p.m.
Erik Smith, Midfielder (Round 6, #37) - Air Force
Air Force Academy entered the ECAC tournament as the #3 seed and faced a first round matchup against Ohio State University.

Air Force played Fairfield in the finals of the ECAC tournament, defeating them 9-8 to claim the ECAC tournament title.
Smith scored 1 goal on a career high 12 shots, won 3 ground balls and went 7-11 at the faceoff dot. After 15 games Smith has 22 goals, 55 ground balls 11 turnovers and 5 caused turnovers. Air Force was given a play in game bid to play their way into the NCAA tournament. They will face the Atlantic Sun champions, Richmond (6-10) at home in Falcon Stadium on Wednesday, May 7th at 7:00 p.m.
Phil Poe, Faceoff Midfielder (Round 7, #51) – UMBC
UMBC took on Binghamton in the America East Tournament, defeating Binghamton 16-10 and advancing to the America East Tournament Championship Game.
UMBC then faced Albany in the America East Championship Game, losing 20-11. Poe won 20 of 30 face-off attempts, had 12 ground balls and had 1 turnover. Click here for the full game recap.
Poe earned his third conference honor by receiving a spot on the AE Second Team.
UMBC did not receive a NCAA Tournament bid, and their season is now over after their loss to Albany. UMBC ended their season with a 8-7 record, going 3-2 in conference.
Jack Murphy, Goalie (Round 8, #59) – Fairfield
Fairfield University defeated University of Michigan 12-5 in the ECAC Tournament semi-finals. Fairfield improved to 12-3 on the season. Murphy played all 60 minutes of the win against Michigan allowing only 5 goals on 20 shots for a save percentage of .750. In his 15th game of the season, Jack has allowed 122 goals with 149 saves. Jack allowed 9 goals on 16 shots and took the loss for Fairfield. After 16 games, Murphy has allowed 131 goals and has 156 saves. Fairfield did not receive a bid to the NCAA tournament.
Jack was named the ECAC Goalie of the Year, and earned a spot on the ECAC First-team. Jack was named the ECAC Defensive Player of the Week 6 times this season and is the second goalie from Fairfield to win the Goalie of the Year award. Click here for the Award recap.
Murphy, sports an 8.54 goals against average, (12th in the nation) and has turned aside 131 shots. He’s also 26th in save percentage (.534) and made 10 or more saves in seven games this season. For his career at Fairfield, Murphy has made 299 saves which is good for fifth all-time. Murphy is also 22nd among the NCAA Division I Career Active Leaders in saves and 18th in saves per game (9.97).
