Boston Cannons Mascot - BOOMER
The Cannons are looking for a highly energetic and motivated individual to take on the role of our team mascot, Boomer for the 2018 season. This individual would be responsible for attending ALL seven home. This is a paid position that will receive a stipend for hours worked. Game days are approximately 4-6 hours with the opportunity to work additional events.

1. Perform at ALL eight home games at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy, MA during the 2019 season
2. Perform and/or provide support to all necessary community and team appearances. This includes but is not limited to sponsors, charities, media, and private functions.
3. Work directly with Game Operations and Community Relations departments with any pregame/in-game/post game promotions

Brand Ambassador
The Boston Cannons are seeking an energetic, dependable, and outgoing individual to represent our MLL Lacrosse team. Are you passionate about lacrosse? Do you have a flexible schedule and are lacrosse minded? Do you like meeting new people and attending events? Interested in working in a fun and challenging work environment with an emerging brand?How about getting paid to attend sporting events? Then this could be the perfect part-time job for you!

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Special Events.

1. Represent the Boston Cannons brand at retail stores, community events, bars & restaurants, nightclubs, etc. 
2. Load and unload vehicles before and after events.
3. Manage team signature events.
4. Execute events from start to finish - coordinate with on-site contact(s), display banners, oversee prizes and giveaways, take event photos, set up and break down displays, tables, tents, etc.
5. Professionally interact with partners and clients while maintaining a friendly, upbeat demeanor.
6. Maintain knowledge of the Boston Cannons brand.
7. Distribute flyers and promotional items throughout the city, including at college campuses, athletic venues, beaches and community events.
8. Regular and timely attendance, plus weekly communication with Director of Corporate Partnerships and Special Events.
9. Able to meet deadlines, and work in a fast paced environment.
10. You can’t be shy! You will need to engage crowds in public at events, concerts, and games.
11. Provide recaps and pictures from every all events within 48 hours.
12. Help maintain promotional equipment.
13. Be a team player that is also able to react independently!

Prior promotional and or marketing experience a plus. Experience in dealing with large crowds, customer service and/or entertaining people. Applicants must be creative, tech-savvy, and have a passion for lacrosse/sports. Working hours and locations vary based on promotional/events schedule. This is a part-time entry-level position.

The ideal candidate will also have:

- Willingness to spend ample time outdoors.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Video Board/AV Operator 
The Boston Cannons/Major League Lacrosse are seeking a creative and resourceful Video Board Operator to work at historic Veterans Memorial Stadium in Quincy for the 2019 season. As a Video Board Operator, you will be a part of the entertainment team working in the press box at Veterans Memorial Stadium. An ideal candidate for this role will have an outgoing and energetic personality and a passion for lacrosse! This is a part-time, seasonal position lasting from June 1st to October 1st, 2019.

The video board operator plays an integral role in game day entertainment by maintaining accurate lacrosse game depictions on the Veterans Memorial video board during Boston Cannons/Major League Lacrosse games.

- Operates statistical software from the video board control room to enhance fans' game day experience.
- Maintain accuracy of informational displays.
- Troubleshoot equipment proactively. 
- Work with technical and communications staff to satisfy production needs for live, taped and automated programming, under supervision of the marketing and PR team.
- Other duties as assigned by the Coordinator, Communications

- Strong working knowledge of the game of lacrosse.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and other flexible hours as game schedule demands.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Attend paid training during May 2019 (dates TBD).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to multi-task, work independently, and prioritize in a high stress, fast-paced environment.
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to keep focused on game progress.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Familiarity with Boston sports a plus!
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and set / strike studio gear.
