Boston Cannons New Years Resolutions

March 18, 2016
It’s no secret what the Cannons' collective 2013 resolution is: Work hard and do everything we can to bring the Steinfeld Trophy back to Boston in August. A lot goes into making that happen, beginning with the MLL Collegiate Draft next week, and we can't wait to get started!

We also asked some of our players what their individual resolutions are for the upcoming year. Here is what a few of them had to say.

Many of our players were consumed with the gift of a giving spirit as PT Ricci, Jordan Burke, and JJ Gilbane all had resolutions of being more active in community service.

Marty Bowes and Sean Murphy both look to self-improve with the plan to read more.

After all the abundant holiday food, a popular goal is to hit the gym and eat healthy. Jon Leanos and Jake Beebe will join the masses as they pursue to be more health conscious.

Another popular answer among our players was to travel more, as expressed by Ari Sussman, Kit Smith, and Mike Stone.

On the contrary, Kevin Buchanan is looking to find a comfortable place to stay. He is going to take a huge leap from his Big Wheels ride and has set a goal to buy a house this year.

In terms of lacrosse play, Kevin Gould resolutes to “shoot faster so Mike Stone stops making fun of me at practice #accuracyoverspeed.”

Lastly, Paul Rabil, Pat Heim, and Chris Eck reiterate the team’s goal to bring home another Boston Cannons MLL championship.

We can’t wait to make it happen!
