The Cannons continued to outplay the Lizards as Poskay scored off an assist from Ross. Peyser was able to fire one past Burke, bringing the score to 9-5 before Pat Heim, Boyle and Mike Stone all scored unanswered. Long Island's Peyser snuck another goal in for a hat trick and Downing answered back with another Cannons goal, ending the quarter at 13-6.

Long Island was held to only one goal in the fourth quarter while Boston continued to dominate. Boyle started the Cannons rally with the first goal of the quarter. Rabil and Ross showed distance with their goals from outside the two point line and Poskay found the back of the net for his fourth goal of the game. The teams play for the last time on Long Island on July 16.
