Cannons Partnership with St. Elizabeth's Medical Center

The Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, have announced a renewed partnership for a second year with St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, acknowledged as the official hospital, team doctor, athletic training and physical therapy partner of the Boston Cannons.

Dr. Robert Nascimento will once again be on board as the official team physician. Dr. Nascimento is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in knee and shoulder arthroscopy, ligament and cartilage reconstruction, shoulder and knee resurfacing and sports medicine.

The Boston Cannons medical staff also includes Adam Thomas, official team athletic trainer. Thomas is in his third year working as the Head Athletic Trainer with the Boston Cannons. Adam Thomas is a full-time faculty member at Northeastern University in the Athletic Training Education Program and Physical Therapy Department for the last eight years.
